I have been a patient at your facility for over 20 years. When I first came in Rex fitted me with a DigiFocus aid to replace the current antiquated one that I was wearing. A few years later he fitted me with a DigiFocus II for my left ear. As the years wore on, it became apparent that I needed something stronger and more modern to help me hear better.

Rex then recommended the Audigy Group aids which was the state of the art in hearing aids. Well those new aids has be a blessing in disguise. My family tells me that I hear better in Restaurants and my bowling team tells me that they dont have to repeat things that they say to me at the Bowling Lanes. In addition I can comprehend the voice of my 5 year old grandson as well.

I have been entirely satisfied with the new AGX hearing aids. In retrospect I was impressed again with the skills that Rex has in determining specific hearing loss problems. People I know have had bad experiences with hearing aids and when I ask them which Audiologist they went to, the answer is that they did not go to an audiologist. Case closed.

Over 30 years ago my ENT physcian referred me to Audiology Associates and Rex Scott. To say the least I was very apprehensive. I wasn't old enough! Then I realized that my mother, grandmother and three sisters all struggled with hearing loss. So I guess I was next.

The first time I met Rex Scott I knew I was in the right place. He is a kind, gentle and professional man and that is apparent instantly. He explained the process, my options and benefits of good hearing. Over these many years my loss has been fairly rapid and I have had several hearing aids to improve my hearing. Each one has been better than the last.

Most importantly is the service, their competent and kind staff. Most appreciated is Rex Scotts calmness, kindness and helpful demeanor - I always ask them if I complaiin and call more often than any other patients!
